Not too shabby – Profile Picture Maker Review

I look forward to this app after some further development. The free effects are not great but $2 you can remove their logo and for $4 you can have access to 42 solid effects. The title is a tiny bit misleading - this app allows you to make gifs by adding effects to saved items in your photo stream, not create gifs.
