Pro Version has a problem which the "Frame load interrupted" – VideoToLive Video Maker Editor Review

I bought the pro version Of this app, however, it would not download and it gave a message which read "Frame Load Interrupted". I contacted app supp for this problemm& they refunded me. Upon this, I deleted the pro version accodingly. I repurchased the pro version, unfortunately the same problem is there . Yazeed
