Can't see pictures and files – Private Photo Video Manager & My Secret Folder Privacy App Free Review

No longer can see pictures and files after restoring iPhone. Wanted to write the developer, but the site is in Asian language. Afraid to delete the app from my phone as it says I will lose its data.
