It works but missing critical item – 90 Day Workout Tracker 1 Review
It correctly follows the daily and weekly sequence of workouts for P90X. It lets you enter in the reps and the amount of weight used but the fields you have to click in are very small and hard to aim at.
Also it doesn't tell you where you left off if you leave it for a few days. You have to remember you are in week five on the third workout for instance because it does not mark as completed the workouts you have done already. So it is only a little bit better than paper.
