Payment of gems or refund of money – Hotel Transylvania 2 Review

The game is great I love what I've done so far, only issue I'm currently having is that I bought a starter pack and never received the stage or my 130 gems. Could I get some help with this please?? Also when will the level cap be raised I'm level 21 fast approaching 30. Great job guys!!!!!
