When will this be fixed???! – Mood:Controller Review

So I'm wondering if there is any app support or updates you guys are working on? I spent over an hour on the phone with someone two weeks ago trying to figure out why it just stopped working, They said it was my internet- and after getting that checked to make sure it was working, she still couldn't help me figure out how to connect- and STAY connected. So you shipped me another box. I set it up by your very easy step by step directions, and I'm STILL having issues with the app quitting, always loading, closing out and having to log in every single time we navigate out of the app. For a business app, it's not very business friendly. If I was in a situation where I could run it off of my computer way in the back office, and not have to change the music on the fly, this would probably be ok. But I own a bar, and depending on the crowd, I need to be able to change a song, or a station just as easy as it was with pandora one. I thought this would be the best scenario because it helps with paying licensing fees, but it has been a nightmare since day 1. Can you tell me what you are doing to improve these features and make it more user/business friendly? I'm afraid if things don't get better with the app, I'll be forced to find another company to go with- but because I've been an avid Pandora One customer for a long time, I would love to be able to stay. Please let us know what you can do to make it better!
