Wrong number of total fans. – Hong Kong Mahjong Club Review

I love this game. Today while playing I got all triplets 3fans, all one suit 7 fans , flower tile 1fan, then gave me a total of 8 fans. This should have given me a total of 11 fans! This is not the first time it happened to me. Will you please check your codes. Thank you.
