Frustrated – Clear Day - Weather HD Review

I have had this app for over a year and I'd give it a 4 star review until now. Not sure if it's the new iPhone update (OS10), but when I unlock my phone, the app automatically opens up... even if the app had been closed down beforehand! PLEASE FIX, or I'm deleting the app!!
