Changed Pricing Model – GuitarToolkit - tuner, metronome, chords & scales Review

I paid $10 for this app years ago, and I cannot update it because I am afraid that I will lose all of the features and be forced to use the "in app purchases" to pay again for what I already purchased. They should not have changed their pricing model, because their original customers are now being double charged.
