It won't let me do anything because it's not available In your region – Xumo Play: Stream TV & Movies Review

It states on its about page that it is only available in the US but I live in the US specifically Puerto Rico and it just says not available,I do not know if this is only available in the continental US or is it just my area I would like to know and not receive this vague message
