Can't restore purchase? – Rc Plane 2 Review

So I have upgraded from a 5s to a 6s and everything is set up right, including my game center. But for some reason I cannot restore my "complete edition" purchase. I was able to restore a "life access" purchase in 1 other app (which was worth it) and restore another purchase in a 2nd app. Idk what's going on with this app either if it's all a scam or a glitch but I know I purchased that edition because I've actually restored it multiple times. I will not purchase it again or any other IAP in this app.
