Can't reset password – Quitter’s Circle: Support to Help You Stop Smoking Review

I used this app last year but wasn't successful in quitting so I'm trying again. I cant remember my password so I asked for a reset. The website tells me I don't have an account but when I try to create an account with my email address it says it already exists. Nothing on website to contact a person to get help.
