Too bad the last update made the game unplayable ? – Floaty Pop Review

Update: Anyone who made it past level 59: Please tell us how you did that.... I have tried off and on for months and I cannot figure it out... Leila: you said you are in the 70s... Please tell how you did it.... The game was one of my faves-- a go-to game that was fun when I had to wait somewhere... But now, I have no idea how to advance past level 59... This level is so different from past levels, that there should've been some sort of instruction/ tutorial, example, or guidance.... As it is, it's unplayable... Weeks after the new levels have been released, there are no videos anywhere to show how someone "beat the level".... To me, that shows that the levels aren't being played. Beyond that, the developers need to take a cue from other popular games and re-model some of the game features: ? Other similar games, such as "Bubble Cloud" have unlimited lives... ?But if limited lives are something the developers are determined to keep, then the interval for the lives to replenish needs to decrease.... In Pet Rescue Saga, the developers changed the interval many months ago from 15 or 20 minutes, to the current 5 minutes, which while limiting , is not so much so that the game is unplayable.... This makes players feel more like spending $$ on things like power-ups, or removing ads. ?Alternatively, lives could be given to players willing to watch ads in exchange. I, for one, do not mind watching ads in a game when doing so affords me some benefit such as a power-up, extra balls, or extra lives. I gave the app ⭐️⭐️ because the early levels are challenging and may require persistence, but they are fun and can be finished once you find the right strategy. If the newly released levels had followed the same pattern, and if the developers hadn't saturated the game with ads that earn nothing for the player, I would happily have given a higher rating.
