Yes, I do suggest it to my friends – Prime - RAW Manual Camera Review

I bought it for the peaking and it works well. I’m surprise that most other apps don’t seem to have that feature. If you haven’t used peaking, you will quickly come to understand why it has been on professional video cameras for years. Occasionally, I wish it had a one camera pixel to one screen pixel mode where you could check the focus of small objects without affecting the zoom. But overall, I am happy with the app’s ability to let me control the focus. To be really great it needs an equivalent to shutter priority mode on a DSLR. There are many times I want to use a higher shutter speed to eliminated camera shake but don’t need full manual control. The meter at the top of the screen is easy to see and gets you close. In Auto mode it doubles as the exposure compensation indicator. I would like to see a waveform or histogram overlay added in an update. It would be way sweet if you could also have a histogram overlay in the picture viewer so that I could make sure I captured the exposure I wanted before I left a location. Love the level overlay. The flash light with four brightness levels is very handy. Controlling the white balance just saves time in post processing. The description doesn’t make it clear but you can save photos in only JPEG, only RAW, or both RAW and JPEG. The Apple Watch remote works as long as the phone doesn’t go to sleep. A preview image on the watch would be useful for taking selfie but hey the phones build in app does that if I really need it. I wrote a lot about what I would like to see added but don’t let that distract you from how useful this app is. Yes, I do suggest it to my friends and the focus peaking is worth the four bucks.
