Doesn't work – I Can't Wake Up! Alarm Clock Review

I got this app because iPhone's regular alarm volume is extremely quiet and barely wakes me up. This app works whenever I test it during the day, but at night when I actually need it, there's no sound. If I wake up before the alarm is supposed to go off, I'll sit there and wait for it...nothing. And that's with me leaving the app open, phone plugged in, all those hoops that shouldn't exist for an alarm app anyway. I really want to love this app, but it's completely unreliable.
