Paid for the Alerts but never get them even when good aurora is visible – Northern Light Aurora Forecast Review

Paid extra for the alerts so I don't have to stay up late waiting to see the aurora. I've played and played with the settings and I've still never received an alert, even when The aurora is very active and visible outside. I'm very disappointed.
