Where are my fonts? – PicsArt Video & Movie Maker Review

I'm using PicsArt on iPad Pro and purchased two font packages. I used them to create several t-shirt designs and then a few weeks later the fonts were gone. I never created an account for that, and when I went to restore them, it wanted to charge me for the fonts again. I ended up signing in via facebook to see if my fonts would return, they didn't. I would like them restored, or my money back so I can buy them again. But I'm having a hard time even finding the "shop" option on the menus below. Otherwise, I enjoy the app very much.
