Scam? – Cut Me In - Easy to use Photo Chop Background Adjuster to Superimpose yr images by Applause - not affiliated with Photoshop in any way! Review

I paid for this app about two years ago, now I've lost access to the premium features, it's telling me I have to buy the pro version. But I have already spent purchased this app. I will not give them another $3 for an app that's only worth $1.
