Crashes – Bloons TD 4 HD Review

I literally just bought this game for my autistic son and he can't even play it. It crashes every time soon after opening the app. I want it fixed or a refund. It's a brand new iPad mini 4, so it's not the iPad. I tried completely closing out the app, and I tries turning off and back on the iPad...nothing worked. Thanks for upsetting my son.
