Rotate????? – Photo Fix.er - Doodle on Pictures, Rotate and Flip, Retouch, Add Stickers and So Much More Review

In your description it said your app rotates. That was not available!!! I purchased everything to hopefully unlock the "rotate" in case that option was hidden. NOTHING!!!!! That feature was still not available!!!!! I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!
