What is this? Why is it on my device? – Classic Solitaire Card Games™ Review

How does apple allow a bait and switch like this? This used to be BubbleFree a bubble wrap popping game. When I saw this update I thought "I don't have this installed! How did it get on my device???" But I hadn't updated yet. Now, I'll probably just delete bubble free.
