Problems – Monster Raid™ Review

It seems like a fun game, but I can't get past the nickname part. Whenever I enter a name, it keeps telling me only English characters and numbers can be used, even though that's what I'm using. I can't get past it at all. I don't know if it's just a glitch or what, but please fix it, or better yet, tell me what I'm doing wrong. The game itself looks interesting and I would really like to try it.
