Stopped working after latest update – GIF Keyboard Review

I updated to iOS 10. Then updated all my apps. I followed the step by step directions from the app. Does not work. Only shows the Tenor Gif icon. No function. **UPDATE** I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now it works.
