Great Audio! – Insight Timer–Meditate & Sleep Review

There is an eclectic library of guided meditations and it's nice to see others meditating as well. In the beginning I thought the social media bit was just silly but now I enjoy having small little connections of folks around the world who are meditating at the same time. Still, for me, it's the selection of bells and the excellent audio quality that keeps me using this app.
