Great sketchpad – DM1 for iPhone Review

I love how easily I can switch between patterns and sounds. There are some quirks about switching between two bar and one bar patterns. It seems to switch between their relative positions as a whole instead of related to a single bar. The app on its own is very useful. The dream came true for me when Ableton Link was implemented, or so I thought. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because Link does not function as expected. If you turn Link on mid-play and have an app join they do not sync unless you start DM1 over. There is always a slight latency in DM1 (always), and it always inevitably drifts. This is not how Link is supposed to work. If it can be fixed, this will for certain be a flawless app.
