WORSE DENTAL OFFICE!!!!!! – Yelp: Food, Delivery & Reviews Review

This practice provides one of the worse customer service. They cancelled my appointment 5 minutes before it was scheduled and couldn't even say, " we apologize for the inconvenience". In addition, I learned I was scheduled with the wrong hygienist. ALL their hygienist are AWFUL but one. The dentist are not that great. Only went to this office for cleanings as I have no problems with my teeth, I don't need to see a good dentist. Just want a good hygienist. This was the ONLY reason I was going to this office. For my "re-scheduled" appointment I paid cash and they didn't have $5 cash to give me. My choices were to get $5 credit or re-schedule my appointment AGAIN!!!!!, nobody in that whole office had change?!!!!, I knew I wasn't coming back so I didn't want the credit. I told the receptionist I would go somewhere else. She Couldn't even say "sorry". She just laughed! AWFUL!!!!!, my husband, children and I will never go back.
