A former loyal reader – USA TODAY: US & Breaking News Review

I USED to really like this app. I would open it and check the news many times during the day. I'm getting to the point that I HATE this app. I constantly have ads popping up, without me explicitly clicking on them. Almost EVERY video forces me to watch a commercial BEFORE I can view it (and many times, the commercials are longer than the videos!!). I know you need ad revenue, but your user experience is now driving me away from your content. Did you even bother to do usability testing?
