Customer service is non-existent – The Grade Dating App Review

I tried this as an online focus group to learn which pictures would be most appealing to use elsewhere, not as a dating site. When I finished my study I wrote customer service on how to delete my profile and have had no response in weeks. I think they're desperate to have more women on board because most friends find it offensive and aren't interested. I figure if I go public with this now hopefully I can have my profile removed. We'll see. I'm not holding my breath. I will start a campaign against them publicly if not though.:)
