Stuck – Pixel Gun 3D: Online Shooter Review

I got the new update 11.0 but I can't play. I would either get stuck at 53% at the beginning screen or get stuck load into any kind of match (duel, team fight, sandbox etc.) I honestly don't know what to do and I require help. But I mean the game is amazing but this needs to be fixed.
