Without Sub Alert, I was getting called in maybe once a week. I found out other subs use similar apps to get advance notice of openings because it's faster than the automatic call system. I got this and now I usually work 3 days a week. Be quick on the draw - as soon as you get the alert, accept it. Then you can review the opening and decide whether to send it back to the system for someone else. It's a really simple system to use, too.
