Appalling non communicative service – Geek - Smarter Shopping Review

We live in France and my wife joined to app to buy some gifts. And to have them delivered here. She paid by PayPal and had the order and payment confirmed . She then found the next day her account was blocked and then her money was refunded. She wrote to customer service to ask why she was blocked. NOTHING WAS RECEIVED. Then her money was refunded, again she wrote a polite note to ask why. To date, sweet F.A response on either issue. Not the customer service one expects. Hence the review
