Good game, horrible support – Cookie Jam: Match 3 Games Review

The game is fun and slightly addictive. The support is horrendous. I had 35 lives on my phone that were wiped out inexplicably. The creators can't keep up with the levels. I beat a land and then have to wait for them to create more. I started a new level this afternoon. I came back to play this evening and the level is completely gone. Get your sh** together or get rid of the game. I play the game after a frustrating day at work. The game should not frustrate me.
