Scam – Data Perks Review

On average 1 out of 5 apps you download will refund you the data. Some of the time nothing happens after downloading and using the app. The other thing that happens has to be a scam. After selecting the link to download the app, a dozen or so redirects occur and you end up on a sketchy website looking to take your money. How could this happen? All I know is that I'm stay away.
