The Universe at Your Fingertips – Sky Guide Review

In my mind this app is a poster child for all the good things that this unfolding digital world can provide. It is fun to use. Browse your favorite stars and planets, identify that object up there right now, watch the progression of those astronomical wonders. How did that star get its' name? What exactly is a nebula? How far away is that planet? No problem. Just tap the object, and then tap the information icon and up pops a richly written background and great data points. Want more? Just tap the link to Wikipedia. And all of this is presented with award winning graphics. I use this app multiple times each day and I regularly discover new dimensions to it. I could go on. I would recommend it highly.
