Great product, room for improvements – ZINIO - Magazine Newsstand Review

I love using Zinio to read my magazines, but I miss some of the features in Kindle or HOG Magazine apps. Would love to print specific articles or pages. The auto-renew feature for at least two of my subscriptions haven't worked - my account says I have 6 or more issues left, but I experienced a long gap in service on each magazine. How does this happen with auto-renew feature selected? If for example my credit card on file didn't work, why didn't Zinio inform me so I could update it?
