Bad Customer Service – Vigo Video -Tell your story Review

I have already paid the $1.99 to be able to enjoy using Filpagram without the watermark or username attached to the video. I recently had to get a new phone and now I am unable to restore my purchase. I have tried to reach out to customer service through the app and my email response was not valid to my issue. I hope I will be able to get my purchase restored or else I will be contacting Apple directly for a refund.
