PS touch is a lot better – Photoshop Express Photo Editor Review

When I saw videos about PS touch, I thought "wow! It looks amazing!" All I could find was this, I thought it would be the same, but after downloading it... I was disappointed. It's good, but I think PS touch should be brought back.
