Sham – AliExpress Shopping App Review

Items take a really long time to ship, I received a dress I paid $70 for including shipping. It looked really cheap and was ripped. I asked the seller if I could get a full refund including return shipping and they said I would be refunded the full amount the seller refunded the $70 and not $23 in return shipping. The seller also will not respond. I lost $23 dollars on their mistake
