Takes money and progress and get no support – Sea Stars Review

Had this game for long time. I bought characters, had collected almost all there was then with update my game was totally wiped clean. I lost paid for characters, sea buddies, play oceans, monies, and all progress. Don't invest any money in this game. I've gotten absolutely no real response or help from support, just an automated notice saying someone will help. But of course no agent or affiliate of game has helped since the wipeout, which I see has happened to other players. I don't know if this app will ever be fixed, but buyer beware you will lose "paid for" items and never get them back. Good luck.
