Doesn't sync across devices – Medisafe Medication Management Review

All I wanted was to track if my wife gave the dog the meds, or if I needed to. However, when my wife marked a drug as administered it never showed up on my phone and vice versa. Thus the app is worse than nothing -- you think you know what happened but you actually don't. We went back to a paper record.
