Modern Take On Classic Sliding Puzzle Mechanics – Think Shift Review

As a kid, I used to love playing with sliding puzzles. More often than not though I would abandon them, feeling frustrated and perplexed, wondering how anyone could ever solve it. However, the thrill of finishing one was rewarding enough to keep me coming back for more. 30 years later, my love of puzzle solving has grown as deep and diverse as the puzzle game genre is wide. I play titles like Two Dots and Dots & Co every single day, but luck plays as large of a role in beating a level as pattern recognition. Enter: Think Shift Every level can be conquered, if you can just figure out the order in which to slide the rings around without getting stuck in a loop. At its base, it's a return to form for the classic slide puzzle, but the addition of matching multiple colored rings with their similarly colored dots adds a refreshing level of complexity. The game then progressively ramps up the difficulty by adding more colors, and larger, more complex layouts. I highly recommend this puzzler, as I have been thoroughly enjoying every minute of it.
