Was a good app – Icon - Art Photo Editor with Free Picture Effects & Image Filters for Selfies Review

I loved the art filters but eventually it stopped working and not all of the filters were available to me. Otherwise I would have rated it 4 stars, the only reason I would withhold a star is because it needs more filters. It has a lot of potential and I love it a lot and I plan to change my review when these issues are resolved. :)
