Almost the best – NBA JAM by EA SPORTS™ for iPad Review

The good: This game is graphically stunning, has very responsive touch controls, and the difficulty level adjustments make it fun for players of any experience level. I also like that EA gave players the option of either paying extra to download additional characters or completing challenges within the game to unlock those characters. This is how all DLC should be; earn extras with time or money, but never time AND money (or just money). The bad: The most recent roster "update" still hasn't improved the rosters to their modern lineups (didn't Steve Nash retire years ago?) and some of the player ratings are WAY off (how does Steph Curry have anything less than a perfect 10 in 3-point shooting ability?). They also got rid of Scottie Pippen as an unlockable Bulls player from previous versions, and as both a lifelong Bulls fan and fan of the original NBA Jam, any game that doesn't include him can't claim to make one "feel the '90s nostalgia". Put him back in, EA! And fix your ratings!
