Coursera: Happiness Course – Coursera: Grow your career Review

I have little basis for comparison for taking a class on line other than medical continuing education (which is much less complex given that each course is only about an hour). On the positive side I am able to take a course that I might not have been able to take otherwise. On the negative side: lots of links are broken in my course and I'm not sure if this is Coursera's problem or theirs. I did try twice to contact Coursera to get their help but BOTH times I got an auto response that said "try again later". Really frustrating to say the least... Also frustrating was trying to fill out forms as part of the course and finding that it order for it to work I first had to go to WORD, type my answers in WORD, then copy, go to my Coursera class, and paste my replies into my form. Also, there seem to be different "formats" of the course depending on whether I access it through a message in my email or if I go through the Coursera app. In the class the students are told to avoid using the Coursera app for the quizes/tests etc because of inability to finish an item, inability to type into boxes etc. It has made my course VERY frustrating to say the least!
