Great game, horrible customer service – Racing Rivals Review

I have played this game for years, and I love it! The problem with it is that if something does happen on the game technical wise, you can't ever get a response from anyone who can do anything. I have been waiting three weeks now on the latest problem, and still nothing. I try not to complain about app companies because I know sometimes they are just swamped, but Glu seems to just not care. For a company who posted a almost $50 million profit in its second quarter, they seem to forget who gets them that. Glu, something needs to change in your help department. If you keep this up, I promise people will stop spending and those profits will be greatly reduced. Business school 101 folks, and you seem to have forgotten that.
