Cannot get an unlock code after buying – VR Zombie Warfare Review

The game play is awesome so I bought it. Registered my email, and the only email I have gotten was a follow link to confirm email registration it goes to their website and I click on the confirm button and get a confirmation. I ha e not gotten a code to unlock it, yet if I click on buy it says I already bought it. Then it asks for a Fibrum code which I do not have so at a certain point in the game it still stops and says I need to buy the game. If I get the code and unlock it I will rate it 5 stars, until then only 1 star and I advise to not buy. App support goes to their website where I can not find answers. Sent them a message , hope they will answer.
