What's the matter with this app? – VSCO: AI Photo & Video Editor Review

I can NOT get ANY of my photos into the VSCO app - I get an "Error Importing" with No other explanation. I have contacted support but no answer yet. I switched Id nothing. How can I use a photo editing app if I can not select any photos to edit? By the way like many others I too hate the new Windows 10-like interface in the iPhone app version. But I got pass that. However you have to fix this issue. ASAP.
