What's happened?! App now refreshes slowly or not at all! – The Guardian - Live World News Review

Please fix! We are subscribers; appreciate the wide range of news and columnists; and find the app well designed. However, it no longer refreshes quickly after pulling down the list of stories. You've changed so,etching in the interface for the worse--if one taps Recommend, it now also treats it as a request to reply, opening up a box. That's distracting and irritating! The other thing that could be improved is user control over the number of stories shown in a section on the main page. Showing only about 5 is ridiculously limiting--and having to press to go to another screen for more is an unnecessary step. Plus, once you get there, the first 5 or 6 stories are the same as the ones displayed in the main page! Please fix!
