Not Live on My Phone! – Live Wallpapers for Me Review

Am I doing something wrong? When I press on the screen inside the app, the demo animates just fine. But as wallpaper, it is not animated. I never expected this to be rocket science, but I get no movement. The fish don't look all that great when they're not moving. Sigh........
