Navigation from hell – Moviefone Review

Hitting the back button anywhere takes you back too far in every case. If you're viewing the trailer of a movie playing at one theater and you hit the back arrow, you go back to choosing the theater again. And I don't understand an iPad/iPhone app that's not optimized for these devices. When entering my email address for receipt it should know that it's an email address field and not a generic text entry field. More problematic though is that it doesn't interface with the credit cards already on file in my iOS device. I hate having to get the card out and re-enter the numbers that I know are already there! Last but not least, when I hit the back arrow on payment type because I didn't want to enter the card number again and decided to use PayPal instead, it took me too far back again, and I had to re-enter everything starting with the movie selection, and when I got back to the seating chart the two seats that I had wanted were still selected as "sold" from my earlier aborted attempt. A lot of work to do here to keep this customer happy!
